Our Story
Vance Printing and Graphics was founded in 2006 in Wheeling, West Virginia, with a simple belief: every business deserves print materials that look professional, communicate clearly, and make a lasting impression.
What started as a small commercial print shop has grown into a full-service printing and graphics company offering offset printing, digital printing, large-format signage, direct mail, graphic design, and promotional products — all under one roof.
Over the past 20 years, we've had the privilege of partnering with thousands of businesses, schools, nonprofits, and organizations across the Ohio Valley region. We're proud of every project we've produced and every relationship we've built along the way.

Founded in Wheeling, WV
Vance Printing and Graphics opens its doors in Wheeling, West Virginia, with a mission to deliver high-quality commercial printing to the Ohio Valley community.
Offset Press Investment
Invested in a commercial offset press, allowing us to produce high-volume, cost-effective print runs for local businesses, schools, and organizations.
Expanded Signage Services
Launched large-format signage and banner printing, serving the growing demand for outdoor advertising, trade shows, and event displays across the region.
Direct Mail Division Launched
Added full-service direct mail capabilities including design, printing, addressing, and USPS drop-shipping — becoming a one-stop shop for targeted mail campaigns.
Graphic Design Studio
Established an in-house graphic design studio, enabling clients to bring ideas to life from concept through finished print — all under one roof.
Digital Printing Expansion
Upgraded to state-of-the-art digital printing equipment, enabling short-run, full-color printing with faster turnaround times and exceptional quality.
